Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your spot. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Important Notes for Essential 1:1 Sessions - Your 3 sessions must be completed within a 4-week period from the date of your first session. Extensions beyond this timeframe are not permitted. - Each session lasts 40 minutes, so please ensure you're punctual to make the most of your time. - Missed sessions without prior notice will be forfeited. Discovery Calls Discovery calls are 30 minutes and designed to help us assess your needs. These are not coaching sessions but a way to explore how we can work together. By booking, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out before confirming your session. We can’t wait to work with you!
